Explanation of operation
Before your day starts, you have already placed your cooling vest in a bowl of water. As a result, the vest absorbs the water, which keeps you cool during the day. After about 5 minutes, take the vest out of the water and wring it out so that it does not drip. You put on the vest and adjust the width of the vest with the Velcro on the side so that it fits perfectly. Your cooling vest will now last 5 to 10 hours.
